Phil Cross is no stranger to Gospel Music. He has long been known as one of today's finest composers. He has received many of gospel music's highest honors including a Dove Award and Songwriter Of The Year. Although he has gained recognition as a composer and a singer, and has had a great deal of success as a musician, Phil has remained genuine and sincere. His strongest desire is that God be pleased with his efforts and that many lives will be changed through the ministry of Poet Voices. Phil and his wife Rebekah reside in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
In addition to his involvement with Poet Voices, Phil is president of Cross Music Group. His company produces and distributes choral arrangements for church choirs. To support this venture and to encourages churches, Phil conducts weekend choir revivals in churches across the country.
